Sparkle Squad of Ashburn-Leesburg-Sterling is a premium exterior care company serving hundreds of homes and dozens of commercial properties across Northern Virginia. Our holiday lighting season starts in early October, and we are hiring installers now so you are trained and ready before the rush.

What you will do

Install custom holiday lighting on rooflines, trees and landscaping for homes and businesses.
Work from a clear job sheet on every house. We do the prep on the ground first (bulbs, clips and plugs are attached before anyone climbs), so on the ladder you are placing clips, not fumbling with bulbs.
Work on a small crew, usually three people, and help take everything down and pack it away after the holidays.

What you need

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Comfortable working on ladders outdoors in cold weather (heights up to 40 feet)
Reliable and on time, and good on a team
A smartphone (iOS or Android); we run jobs in an app
Able to pass a drug screen
Willing to wear our uniform

What we offer

$18 to $30 an hour

A crew that has your back, plus a path to year-round exterior care work (window cleaning, gutters, pressure washing) and lead roles
Season: early October through January, with a peak in November. Schedule is discussed at the interview.
