Who You Are
- You like working outside with good coworkers each day.
- You're a natural problem solver — Cleaning windows isn’t rocket science, but it presents interesting puzzles that require thinking on your feet.

- You're comfortable talking to customers and can mention additional services without the hard sell.
What You’ll Do
- Window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and holiday lighting as part of a 2–3 person crew
- Deliver exceptional service on every job
- Build relationships with repeat customers
- Represent Sparkle Squad in the community and help grow the business by offering additional services and distributing door hangers
Must-Haves
- Valid driver's license
- Willing to undergo a background check
- Comfortable with occasional ladder work (no high-rise or skyscraper work)
- Available Mon–Fri, 7:30am–4pm, starting from our Roslindale office
- This is a seasonal position, active spring through fall, with reduced or no hours in winter
What We Offer
- $20–$24/hr depending on experience, paid weekly. New technicians start at $20/hr and move to $22/hr once they consistently meet our quality standard, typically within 2–4 weeks. Candidates with relevant experience may start higher.
- Bonus pay including tips for customer reviews and 10% commission on additional services you recommend
- 25–40 hours per week, with potential for overtime during peak season
- Paid major holidays
- All equipment, uniforms, and transportation to and from job sites provided
- A safe work environment with a solid crew
Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
