We are seeking candidates who:
- Want to make a livable wage. All employees at Sparkle Squad start at a minimum of $21 hr
+ tips. - Want to provide excellent customer service and grow their interpersonal communication skills.
- Want to work outside and in a team environment on a daily basis.

- A licensed driver.

What You Will Do:
- Complete window cleaning, gutter cleaning and house washing jobs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training
- Must be comfortable with occasional ladder work
- Must have a license and good driving record
What You Will Get:
- A consistent 8am-4pm or 9am to 5pm schedule and potential for overtime.
- A living wage (starting at $21/hr+Tips)
Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay, Tips
Compensation: $21.00 per hour
