Part-time Window Cleaning Technicians for morning shifts (8:00 AM–1:00 PM, Monday–Saturday) and afternoon shifts (1:00 PM –5:00 PM) in Miami and surrounding areas. Seasonal or year-round positions available.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, house washing, and pressure washing
- Service residential, commercial, and post-construction properties
- Assist with Holiday Lights design, installation, maintenance, takedown, and storage
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high-quality workmanship standards
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and communicate them professionally to customers or team leads
- Support business development efforts by distributing marketing materials, visiting nearby properties, and introducing company services when assigned
- Work collaboratively with team members and grow through training and feedback
Requirements:
- Prior window cleaning and pressure washing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Self-motivated, reliable, and responsible
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Comfortable working outdoors required
- Valid driver’s license
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to speak English fluently
- Intermediate Spanish proficiency preferred
Physical/Mental Requirements:
- Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders up to 40 ft, and working at heights.
- Requires good physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be safety-conscious and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Schedule & Availability
- Morning shift availability required
- Monday through Saturday
- Typical working hours between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM
- Actual start and end times may vary based on job schedules, weather, and operational needs
