About the Role
Join the Sparkle Squad this holiday season! We’re looking for hardworking, safety-minded team members to help us install beautiful, professional holiday lighting displays for homes and businesses across North Texas.
Our installers make the magic happen — transforming properties with custom LED designs, roofline lights, wreaths, garlands, and tree wraps. You’ll work outdoors, on ladders and lifts, and as part of a team that takes pride in creating something special for every client.
This is a seasonal role (October through early January) with the potential for ongoing work in window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior maintenance after the season ends.
What You’ll Do
- Safely install, maintain, and remove professional-grade LED holiday lighting and décor
- Use ladders, roof harnesses, lifts, and other equipment to complete installations
- Work with team leads to ensure each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to spec
- Troubleshoot and replace bulbs, clips, and connectors as needed
- Maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude with customers
- Assist in warehouse prep, inventory organization, and material loading/unloading
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or roofs
- Attention to detail and pride in doing the job right
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team-player attitude — safety and communication are key
- Experience in holiday lighting, roofing, landscaping, handyman work, or exterior cleaning is a plus

Compensation: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
