Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough window cleaning for residential and commercial properties.
- Utilize industry-standard tools and techniques for optimal results.
- Inspect windows for damage and recommend necessary repairs.
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Work efficiently to meet daily cleaning schedules and deadlines.
- Assist in training new team members on best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in window cleaning or related field not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment handling.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
