💰 The Opportunity

This is a commission-only 1099 role with uncapped earning potential. You focus on opening doors and building relationships — Sparkle Squad handles the estimating, scheduling, and service execution.

Strong performers build recurring commercial accounts that generate consistent income.

🧼 What You’ll Do

Call on commercial properties in assigned service areas
Introduce Sparkle Squad’s services to decision-makers
Identify cleaning and maintenance needs
Facilitate client approval and submit agreements for final execution by Sparkle Squad
Build long-term, recurring commercial relationships
Represent the Sparkle Squad brand professionally in the field

You are not climbing ladders or performing the cleaning — you are the face of the brand.

💸 Compensation Structure

15% commission on all commercial revenue collected
Commission paid only after Sparkle Squad receives payment
Annual bonus opportunity for qualifying recurring commercial accounts that meet profitability, retention, and service standards
No cap on commissions

Annual bonuses reward quality accounts and long-term value, not short-term discounting.

🚗 Expenses & Flexibility

This is a 1099 independent contractor role
You control your schedule and prospecting approach
No mileage reimbursement — business expenses may be tax-deductible per IRS guidelines

Confident communicator with a professional presence
Self-motivated and dependable
Comfortable approaching businesses in person
Sales experience is a plus, but not required
