What You'll Do:
- Provide exterior and interior window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and soft washing services.
- Use water-fed pole systems and filtration technology for streak-free results.
- Operate company vehicles safely (no special license required).
- Work closely with a team of hardworking achievers and excel in a team environment.
- Build strong customer relationships.

What We Offer:
- Monday-Friday and sometimes Saturday, 8 am-5 pm schedule, with occasional evening and weekend opportunities.
- Competitive hourly pay: $17 - $30 per hour including tips, bonuses, and commissions.

- Comprehensive training, including proper techniques for lifting and using a Water Fed Pole, Gutter Cleaner, Pressure Washer, and other equipment.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform manual labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and maneuver equipment, including a Water Fed Pole (weight varies), Gutter Cleaner, and Pressure Washer.
- Valid driver's license.
- Prior experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or holiday lighting is a plus.
- Familiarity with scissor lift operation is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to follow directions and stay on task.
- Problem-Solving, grit, and determination to handle challenging tasks.
