Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, full-time Senior Technician & Growth Specialist. This is a dual-impact role: you will lead on-site service execution and serve as a Brand Ambassador to drive business during non-service hours. This role offers a guaranteed full-time schedule—when you aren’t on a ladder making a home shine, you are executing our local marketing "Ground Game" to ensure the van stays busy and the brand stays visible.

Key Responsibilities

Service Excellence: Execute window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting installations with 100% precision and safety.
The "Ground Game": During non-service hours or "gap" times, you will drive brand awareness by:
- Route Work: Conducting B2B outreach and residential "Butterfly" flyer drops near active job sites.
- Park & Waves: Executing brand-awareness events by parking the branded "Job Pod" in high-traffic areas.
- Marketing Collateral: Placing lawn signs and door hangers in targeted neighborhoods.
Mentorship & Training: Assist the General Manager in onboarding, mentoring, and training junior technicians as the team expands.
Customer Experience: Actively manage our local reputation by generating 5-star Google reviews from satisfied clients on-site.
Fleet Accountability: Maintain company vehicles and equipment in pristine, "showroom" condition.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required).
Comfortable working at heights (ladders) and in various outdoor weather conditions.
Strong verbal communication skills and a "people-first" attitude.
Prior experience in home services (cleaning, landscaping, or trades) is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Benefits & Compensation

Google Review Bonus: $10.00 for every 5-star review mentioning your service.
Upsell Commission: 10% commission on any additional services added on-site.
Career Path: Direct opportunity to move into a Lead Tech or Operations Manager role as we grow.

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
