Sales Development Agent Job Posting
The SDA is responsibvle for building early stage pipeline through outbound prospecting, including LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, and other engagement strategies.
We are seeking candidates who:
- Are self-starters and enjoy talking on the phone.
- Have experience in sales development, lead generation, telemarketing or a similar customer facing role.
- Want to provide excellent customer service and grow their interpersonal communication skills.
- Want to work at a growing company. Sparkle Squad has opened multiple locations across the U.S. As we continue to open new locations, we want to provide our employees with exciting opportunities.

What You Will Do:
● Research and identify target accounts, key contacts, and industry opportunities using LinkedIn, and other online resources.
● Conduct outbound outreach through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other engagement channels to initiate conversations with decision makers.
● Maintain consistent prospecting activity while building relationships with potential customers.
● Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and identify potential opportunities for the sales team.
● Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives when appropriate and support smooth handoffs for continued conversations.
● Prepare prospect and account briefs for leadership. Track outreach activity, prospect engagement, and lead status within the CRM.

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per week
